As a customer of 2960 and member of Benefeco, you can rest assured that your privacy will be protected. 2960/Benefeco will only collect and use information as disclosed and bounded by this policy. Your information will never be shared with anybody at anytime, period.

When you register as a member of 2960/Benefeco, we collect and retain your name, mailing address, email address, birth date and password. We use this information to make improvements to your shopping experience and will also have it available for your future reference and access. Only one account will be needed to identify you on either 2960.ca or Benefeco.com. For the purpose of this policy “our websites” will refer to both 2960.ca and Benefeco.com.

When you order from us, we retain your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. If you are sending a gift, we also retain the recipient’s name and address. This information is used solely to process your transactions on our websites and to ship your product(s) to the address specified by you.

When you submit a question to customer service, your email address and other relevant information will be needed to address your inquiry.

When you submit photos to 2960::Benefeco, they will only be visible to other members of the community. The photos will aid those members in judging how the product may fit on them.
