Members of Benefeco.com have the option of submitting a self-photo of them wearing a product or products purchased from 2960.ca. All you have to do is state your height. This will aid the rest of the community in judging how our products will fit on them. In exchange for submitting a photo, you will receive 5% off the total of your next purchase, with no expiration. As our community grows, we will continuously find other creative ways to make shopping at 2960 fun, satisfying, and most importantly, rewarding for you!

Returns

We guarantee our commitment to making you happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item(s) to us within 15 days for a full refund, or within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in new and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. While we cover the cost of all outgoing shipments and exchanges, our customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). While we make an effort to ensure a product is free from defects before shipping it, if you receive a damaged item, you will either be reimbursed for the return shipping costs, or it will automatically be covered.
